Updated plan

Now that we have finished the design of the food-forest and have decided to plant our own source of mulch (Miscanthus Giganteus) on our own land, we had to update the overall layout:

Depending on the meetings end October on-site for the solar-farm, it may still change a little, but this is it for now and 90% is certain.
