After an intense week in the Belgian Ardennes, Yvonne & I finished our 1 week foodforest course with a presentation of our design. Together with some 20 other enthusiastic food-foresters, we spent 5 intense days with the team of Food Forest Institute to get a better understanding of the 'why, what and how' of a food forest.
